This is one of our shortest lessons.
Just two sentences and a few Bible verses.
Besides explaining salvation and how to be saved, the most important few words that I can say about living a Christian life are the following;
LESSON:
Whatever we claim to be is either validated or contradicted by our words and actions. From what comes out of our mouth and in our actions, others see what is truly in our heart and mind.

Now, let the following scriptures speak to us on this subject;
Psalm 19:14 New International Version
14 May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart
be pleasing in your sight,
Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.
Ephesians 4:29 New International Version
29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
Luke 6:45 New International Version
45 A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
Matthew 12:36-37 New International Version
36 But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. 37 For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.”
Colossians 3:8 New International Version
8 But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips.
James 1:26 New International Version
26 Those who consider themselves religious and yet do not keep a tight rein on their tongues deceive themselves, and their religion is worthless.
Let us repeat those few words that are so important in the Christian life;
Whatever we claim to be is either validated or contradicted by our words and actions. From what comes out of our mouth and in our actions, others see what is truly in our heart and mind.
There is no day, hour or minute when we are exempt from these most important two sentences.
God sees everything. God misses nothing.
Remember that whatever our words or actions are when we are alone, God knows and remembers.
Our words and actions when others hear and see, either glorify our Lord or they damage our mission as the chosen and special people of God and our relationship with Him.
God is watching. Those around us are watching.
Therefore, let us glorify and magnify God at all times in all of our words and actions.
